Refund Policy

At Martinite, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. However, because we deal with digital assets (account credentials and license keys) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is strictly defined to ensure fairness to both the customer and our business.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

We only provide a refund under the following specific condition:

  • Non-Functional Service: The service or account provided is not functional due to an error from our side (e.g., invalid credentials, incorrect plan, or technical failure of the account itself).

2. The 7-Day Refund Window

  • You must report any issues and request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • After 7 days, all sales are considered final, and no refund requests will be accepted.

3. Troubleshooting & Replacement First

Before a refund is issued, our technical team must be allowed to:

  1. Troubleshoot the issue with you.
  2. Provide a Replacement account if the original cannot be fixed. If we are unable to provide a working replacement or fix the issue within 48 hours of your report, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the subscription or found it elsewhere.
  • Compatibility Issues: Your device or internet connection does not support the service (please check requirements before buying).
  • Policy Violations: Your account was terminated because you violated our “Single Device” or “No Resell” policy (as stated in our Terms and Conditions).
  • Partial Use: You have already used the service for several days and it was working correctly during that time.
  • External Blocks: The service provider (e.g., Netflix, Disney+) has blocked your specific IP address or ISP.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your Order ID.
  • The email address used for purchase.
  • A clear description (and screenshots, if possible) of the technical issue.

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment processor (Crypto, UPI, or Credit Card), it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
