- Reseller Plans: If you intend to resell our products or services, you must purchase our dedicated Reseller Plans.
- Termination: Any violation of these usage terms—such as using a personal account on multiple devices or reselling personal credentials—will result in the immediate termination of your services without a refund.
2. Digital Delivery
All products on Martinite.com are digital. Credentials, invite links, or account access details will be delivered via email or your customer dashboard upon successful payment. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is strictly limited:
- Eligibility: We only provide a refund if the service is properly not functional from our side.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
